a constant challenge until the point the body breaks. all though you are afraid, the breaking point is a revelation. you fall as through a tunnel, at the end of which you encounter your true self, stripped of judgments and false beliefs.
only at that point you can truly know your strength and weakness.while you move, you are aware of each part of your body, as it moves independently, as it forms your perfect geometry trough space and feeling.
that freedom is never lost and it will shine in your dancing, as you will, ultimately, be the dance.
